All information is read from browser APIs and processed only on this device. It is not sent elsewhere. Some browsers, especially Safari and Firefox, may not support battery or network details.

Key features

  • Updates connection state from navigator.onLine and online or offline events.
  • Shows battery level, charging state, and estimated charge or discharge time when the Battery Status API provides them.
  • Shows effective connection type, estimated downlink, and RTT when the Network Information API provides them.
  • Reports availability and state of the data-saver flag.

How to use

  1. Open the page and review the values exposed by the current browser.
  2. Change power or network state and watch for live updates.
  3. Compare unsupported fields on another browser or device if needed.

Examples

  • Check browser API support

See whether the current browser exposes battery level and estimated network information.

  • Inspect state changes

Change Wi-Fi or power state and observe whether browser events update the display.

Privacy

Status values are read from browser APIs, and this tool does not send external speed-test requests.

Requirements

Battery Status and Network Information are limited, nonstandard APIs and may be partly or wholly unavailable, including in Safari and Firefox. navigator.onLine does not guarantee internet reachability, and speed and RTT values are browser estimates.

Common questions

Does this verify real internet access?
No. Online status reflects navigator.onLine and does not guarantee that a particular internet server is reachable. This tool also sends no separate speed-test request.
Why are battery or connection details marked unsupported?
The Battery Status and Network Information APIs have limited browser support. A field cannot be shown when the browser does not expose it.
