View public holidays by country and keep personal events in your browser. Includes month, week and day views, recurring events, JSON backups and ICS calendar export.

Loading your events…

Key features

  • Display country-specific holiday data alongside your calendar and event agenda.
  • Switch month, week and day views, jump to today, search and color-code events.
  • Create all-day, timed, multi-day and recurring events; edit recurring series together.
  • Keep events locally, merge JSON backups and export an ICS file for other calendar apps.

How to use

  1. Choose a holiday country and a month, week or day view.
  2. Select a date and add an event with a title, dates and optional times or recurrence.
  3. Edit events from the date agenda or confirm before deleting them.
  4. Save a JSON backup or import the exported ICS file into another calendar app.

Examples

  • Manage a personal local calendar

Create repeating events and notes in month, week, or day view and keep them in the browser.

  • Back up or move events

Download JSON for restoration or export all events as ICS for another calendar application.

Privacy

Personal events and backup files are processed in this browser without being uploaded. When holidays are enabled, only country and year are requested from Nager.Date; the provider also receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address.

Requirements

Events support 1900–2100; holiday lookup supports 2000–2100. Provider data may use observed dates and regional rules, and can omit temporary changes. Changing the country does not shift event dates or times. Back up events before clearing browser data.

Common questions

Can both JSON and ICS files be imported again?
No. Only a QuickKit JSON backup can be imported; it preserves matching IDs and adds new events. ICS is export-only for use in another calendar application.
What is sent when I display public holidays?
The holiday request URL includes the selected country code and requested year. Event titles and notes are not sent, but normal network-request information such as your IP address may reach Nager.Date.
