Key features

  • Shows model scores for each rating from one to five stars

  • Analyzes English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, and Italian reviews
  • Caches the downloaded BERT model in browser storage

How to use

  1. Enter or paste the review or sentence you want to inspect.
  2. Run sentiment analysis and review the leading bucket and all star scores.

Examples

  • Triage supported-language reviews

Quickly inspect one-to-five-star candidates and probabilities for a short review.

  • Compare wording

Analyze two phrasings separately and use the score change as a model-based reference.

Privacy

The sentence is processed inside your browser for BERT inference. After you consent on first use, model files may be downloaded from Hugging Face and cached in browser storage.

Requirements

The first analysis needs about 171 MB of model files. Input outside the six fine-tuning languages is unreliable, and context or sarcasm can also change the result.

Common questions

Can it analyze Korean or other languages?
It can run, but the model is tuned for reviews in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, and Italian. Results for other languages are not reliable.
Does the star score determine the true sentiment?
No. It is a reference showing the model's probabilities across one-to-five-star classes. Sarcasm and mixed sentiment can be misread.
