Sign a PDF Visually | Draw, Type, or Upload a Mark

Draw a signature shape, type a name, or upload a PNG/JPEG and place the visible mark on a selected PDF page.

Key features

  • Uses a mouse/touch drawing, a typed name, or one PNG or JPEG image.
  • Selects one page and adjusts the mark's left, top, and width percentages against its preview.
  • Optionally includes initials and today's date beneath the chosen mark.
  • Maps placement against viewer-visible orientation on rotated PDF pages.

How to use

  1. Choose a PDF no larger than 50,000,000 bytes or 200 pages, then select the target page.
  2. Draw, type a name, or upload a PNG/JPEG mark no larger than 10 MB.
  3. Review position, size, initials, and date options, then download a new PDF.

Examples

  • Mark an internal review copy

Add a hand-drawn mark and date to a designated page of a draft or internal acknowledgement.

  • Place a prepared stamp image

Fit a transparent PNG signature or stamp into a document's visible signature area and save a new copy.

Privacy

The PDF and signature input are composited only in browser memory; neither the document nor image is sent to a server.

Requirements

This tool adds a visible electronic mark only. It does not create or guarantee a certificate-backed digital signature, identity proof, audit trail, document-integrity validation, or legal validity. Protected PDFs may not open.

Common questions

Is this a certificate-backed digital signature?
No. It adds a visible image-like mark and does not generate a certificate, verifiable signature information, or audit record.
Can the mark be applied to several pages at once?
The current workflow places one mark on one selected page. You can reopen the saved copy to repeat the process on another page.
