How to use

  1. Choose or drop a supported document up to 25 MiB.
  2. Read the format limitations and select a sheet or page.

Privacy

Selected files are processed in current browser memory. Files are not uploaded and document contents are not stored persistently. Resetting or leaving the page clears the preview.

Requirements

Up to 25 MiB per file. Office archives: 80 MiB expanded total, 16 MiB per entry, 2000 entries. PDF/PPTX: up to 200 pages/slides. Spreadsheets: up to 30 sheets, 5000 rows, 100 columns and 100000 cells. Password-protected, macro-enabled and legacy DOC/PPT files are not supported. Word pagination may differ from the original. PPTX fonts and layout are approximate; SmartArt, animations, advanced chart types and effects are not reproduced exactly. Excel formulae are not recalculated.

Common questions

Are documents uploaded?
No. Selecting a file grants this browser access to read it; the document is not uploaded to a server.
Does it look exactly like Word or Excel?
No. DOCX uses a simplified text, table and image preview; fonts and pagination may differ. Spreadsheets show saved cell values, without charts, formatting or formula recalculation.
Can I edit and save documents?
This is a read-only preview. The original file is not modified. Use the appropriate document application for editing.
Can I preview Google Slides or PowerPoint?
You can preview PPTX slides with masters, layouts, themes, placeholders, tables, groups and common line, bar and pie charts. Download Google Slides content as PPTX and select it here; this tool does not connect to Google accounts or sharing links. Fonts and layout are approximate, while SmartArt, animations, advanced charts and effects may not be reproduced accurately. Export a PDF when checking the original layout is critical.
